Smooth Transition Services offers seniors, personalized services, in 3 distinct areas of expertise.
- Relocation Services, for seniors, who want/need to move
- Transition Services for those who wish to stay in their home, but need home challenges addressed for better living.
- House Care Services for temporary but long-term absences (Snowbirds, hospitalization, other)
Claudio Martin CRTS
As a Certified Relocation and Transition Specialist, Claudio has 35 years of business expertise that he brings to Smooth Transition Services. Life experiences, plus having transitioned several times, have developed Claudio's skills and understanding of the challenges of dealing with the details associated with lifestyle transitions. Claudio's accreditation and experience ensures you of personalized, professional service.
Linda Martin ISRP
As an International Staging and Redesign Professional, Linda brings her skills, both in design and Real Estate, to Smooth Transition Services. Linda understands what it takes to make that important first/lasting impression on buyers, especially in a competitive market. She can also assist you with organization, home safety, and ease of home use to allow for aging in place.

STS Service Fees
